When you’re such a legend they just call you “The Boss”, there’s an awful lot to live up to. Especially if you decide to put it all on the line and hit the road again with a new album and a band you haven’t played with for 16 years. First, there are the concerts – exhausting three-hour affairs. Then, the devoted fans – millions of them, who take it all very seriously … very personally. But “The Boss” – Bruce Springsteen – needn’t worry. That new album, The Rising, has just won three Grammy awards. And the man himself is in fine form down on the farm in his native New Jersey.
