After losing to the Cleveland Browns last week, the Dallas Cowboys were looking to rebound against the New York Giants. At the end of the day Dallas won 37-34 on a last second game winning field goal by Greg Zuerlein. Although Dallas won, it came at a price and the team will be without Dak Prescott for awhile. On Sunday, Prescott suffered an ankle injury in the 3rd quarter against the New York Giants which would later be confirmed to be a Compound Fracture to his right ankle and a dislocation. Despite Prescott having surgery on Sunday Night, there was no timetable on how much time he will miss but it looks like it will be a season ending injury.
In 5 games, Prescott has thrown for 1,856 yards 9 touchdowns, 4 interceptions with a completion percentage of 68.2, and a Quarterback rating of 99.6. Although Prescott threw for over 1000 yards, he was also sacked 10 times.
