Sunday 1st November 2020 – The 2020 TCS New York City Marathon
Today’s the big day! The day you have been training hard for. The landmark 50th edition of the TCS New York City Marathon will be held today. To avoid queuing at 4.30am for the race organisers’ public buses to the start (which leave from the New York Public Library), we provide a private coach from the hotel directly to the race start, leaving the hotel from 6.45am. Departures will be staggered according to your race wave start time, for your maximum convenience. Runners only! For spectators, if you wish to, we will take you to a view point to soak in the atmosphere & hopefully spot your loved ones!
Once you arrive at the start area on Staten Island and proceed through security, you will head to the bag drop area (if you have chosen this option) and then into your corrals (your running bib will show this detail). After you finish the TCS New York City Marathon in Central Park, please make your own way back to the Westin New York Grand Central Hotel for a well earned drink and rest!
