The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed one-hundred and eighty-nine (189) new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19).
The agency made this known in a post on its Twitter page on Saturday night.
The latest recorded cases bring the total number of confirmed cases to 57,145.
According to the NCDC, 48,431 have been discharged with 1,095 deaths reported.
