This video only shows a fraction of all developments that are taking place almost all over Jersey City, New Jersey. Specifically, this video shows part of the Newport section in the waterfront, in the Downtown. Some of the developments includes:
1) The Ellipse. A 43-story tower of 444 feet tall with 376 luxury residences next to the Hudson River.
2) 75 Park Lane South. A 37-story condo tower with 359 units. And just across the street:
3) Shore House. 7-story luxury building with 71 units.
There are more developments in Jersey City for this year: planned and under construction.
